Casa Segura helps provide primary health care for people at risk of HIV and Hepatitis C infection, as well as those who have been diagnosed with HIV/AIDS but are not receiving treatment. We believe in establishing an effective service network with other agencies to expand the services available to our population.
HIV and Hepatitis C Testing, Counseling and Referral
We provide free HIV and Hepatitis C testing, counseling and referral services at our drop-in center as well as all three needle exchange locations. No appointment is necessary, and testing can be anonymous. Please check for hours of operation at each location.

clinic in a harm reduction setting provides our at-risk population with healthcare services that address their immediate needs. Until these needs are met, they are often unable to seek other care.
HIV ACCESS and The AIDS Project of the East Bay help us provide free primary care for people who are newly diagnosed with HIV/AIDS, as well as HIV-positives who have no access to other care.

STD Clinic
The STD Clinic is located at our drop-in center. We provide the following services to prevent the spread of sexually transmitted diseases (STDs):
- Testing, Counseling, Treatment: Chlamydia, Gonorrhea, Herpes
- Testing, Counseling, Referral: Syphilis, Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C
- Counseling, Referral: Human Papilloma Virus (HPV, genital warts, pap smear), Trichomoniasis
STD Clinic services are not a substitute for gynecological exams (female) or genital exams (male). The STD Clinic is open on Wednesdays and Fridays from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. No appointment is necessary.
Abscess and Wound Care
We care for abscesses and other wounds that can result from injection drug use. We also treat other skin conditions and provide referrals for affordable medical care. These services are available at our drop-in center as well as all three needle exchange locations. Please check for hours of operation at each location.
Herbal Treatment and Acupuncture
Treatment with herbs and acupuncture can be an effective alternative to traditional medical care for some conditions. We perform this service at our drop-in center as well as all three needle exchange locations. Please check for hours of operation at each location.
