Be Safe
The Casa Segura drop-in center at 5323 Foothill Blvd. in Oakland is a safe place to come for a shower, clean clothes, HIV and Hepatitis C testing, free condoms, healthcare and counseling. Learn more about the programs, services and hours of operation at our drop-in center.
Use Clean Needles
Our mobile unit visits the Fruitvale District, Deep East Oakland and West Oakland three times a week to exchange needles, deliver hot meals, and provide healthcare and counseling. Learn where and when to access these services, including needle exchange.
Get Tested

Treat Open Wounds
