Be Safe
The Casa Segura drop-in center at 5323 Foothill Blvd. in Oakland is a safe place to come for a shower, clean clothes, HIV and Hepatitis C testing, free condoms, healthcare and counseling. Learn more about the programs, services and hours of operation at our drop-in center.
Use Clean Needles
Our mobile unit visits the Fruitvale District, Deep East Oakland and West Oakland three times a week to exchange needles, deliver hot meals, and provide healthcare and counseling. Learn where and when to access these services, including needle exchange.
Get Tested
We provide free HIV and Hepatitis C tests at the drop-in center and all three needle exchange locations. We also test for other sexually transmitted diseases during clinic hours at our drop-in center. Learn more about testing services.

Treat Open Wounds
