The Casa Segura drop-in center is located at 5323 Foothill Blvd. in Oakland. It's a safe place to come to get off the street, clean up, eat and rest.
We don't have a lot of rules that prevent us from helping people. There's not a lot of paperwork, and we don't turn anyone away. We treat people with respect and get them the help they need, including HIV and Hepatitis C testing, counseling and referral services, and basic healthcare.
The Wellness Clinic is located at APEB on Mondays and Thursdays, and The Casa Segura STD Clinic (treating sexually transmitted diseases) is open on Wednesdays and Fridays (see hours of operation, below).

On Wednesdays, an educational support group meets to share information in a positive and welcoming environment. Any weekday, people can use our shower and laundry facilities and get free harm-reduction kits.
